Our bodies create energy as we burn fuel – generally in the form of fats, sugars and proteins . Sugar burns the most speedily, protein lasts a little longer and the slowest burning fuel is healthful fat. It melts away slowly, which must be why it’s so darned tough to get rid of, but when we workout, the fats in our body recycle, but they don’t do it on their own. Vitamin D recycles in addition to fat, but what triggers the Vitamin D to recycle is exercise. (just a note though, according to Dr OZ Brown Seaweed will help you burn belly fat) Serious exercise prompts your vitamin D which in turn sets off the hormone insulin, which kick starts your metabolism and then the Vitamin D recycles fat from your bloodstream to fuel that fire that was started by exercise originally and provides further fuel for more activity. Its a pathway that is put into action when you bring that initial step to get going. The more physical exercise you do, the more exercise you’ll be able to do (and want to do) and should I add, the more energetic you’ll feel? Now, you’ll also have some fat thatdoesn’t get burned and that is recycled throughout your body in a number of different ways, so its a good idea to only consume the healthiest fats. For example, brain cells are principally produced of fat and so are hormones. With wholesome fats in your diet plan, your brain will be made of healthier fat and your hormones will be better balanced. The same is true of cholesterol– good fats produce healthier cholesterol- bad fats don’t. Everyone call fats our enemy and certainly some fats are very harmful for us, but I feel we’re seriously our own worst adversary when we cosy up excessively to the couch, our remote controls and our favored excuses.
